Share OPD is operated by RAJARAM HOSPITALS LLP (GSTIN 27ABLFR9271N1Z8), Flat No. 601, 6th Floor, P.P Property, Mumbai Bangalore Highway, Park Street, Near Ruby Park, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra 411057. By using Share OPD you agree to these terms.

What we do

• We list clinic cabins and OPD hours offered by doctors, clinics, hospitals and owners, and help doctors who need space find them.
• We are a listing and introduction service. We are not a party to any agreement between the space provider and the doctor, and we do not provide medical services.
• We do not guarantee enquiries, a tenant, or any outcome.

Your responsibilities

• Information you give us must be true and current. You must hold the registrations your practice and premises need.
• Terms between users must be fixed monthly rent, hourly, or a flat per-session fee. Revenue share, per-patient charges, referral fees and arrangements tied to prescriptions are not allowed.
• Imaging and procedure equipment may be used only under the user's own valid registrations (for example PCPNDT).
• Do not share patient information with Share OPD.

Fees

Listing is free till 31 October 2026. Any fee after that will be published on this page before it applies, and you choose whether to continue. Refunds follow the refund policy below.

Removal

We may decline, edit or remove any listing that breaks these terms or that we cannot verify.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the listing fee you paid in the previous 6 months. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Pune having jurisdiction.

RAJARAM HOSPITALS LLP runs Share OPD and is responsible for your personal data.

What we collect

• Name, mobile number, specialty, medical council or clinic registration details, area, PIN and full premises address, available hours and facilities.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp.
• We never collect patient information.

How we use it

• To verify and publish listings, match doctors with space, and contact you about your listing or enquiry.
• Hosts see an anonymised summary first. Your name and number are shared only if you agree. Full addresses are never shown publicly.
• For the waitlist, only to tell you when Share OPD opens in your city.
• We never sell your data or show it publicly.

Cookies and visit counts

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. To count visits we record only the page opened, the site that sent you (if any) and a random number that lasts until you close the tab. We don't record your IP address or device. If you log in, your browser keeps a login token in its own storage so you stay signed in; logging out removes it. If you arrive from one of our ads or a colleague's invite link, your browser remembers only that ad name or invite code until you sign up, so we know which ads work; it is saved with your account and nothing else.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. You can delete your account yourself under Profile in the app, or send STOP to us on WhatsApp and we will delete your details. We keep listing records only as long as needed for the listing and for tax records.

• If you are charged twice or by mistake, message us with the payment reference and we will return the extra amount.
