  1. Open shareopd.com/app.html and enter your email. Tap the link we email you (check Spam once).
  2. Fill your profile: name, specialty, and whether you have space or need space.
  3. Upload your medical council registration (or clinic registration) under Documents.
  4. Have space? Tap List a space: area, PIN, free days and hours, rent, facilities, a few photos of the empty room.
  5. Need space? Open Find space or shareopd.com/spaces, filter by specialty, area and day, and tap Enquire.
  6. We check every listing before it goes live.

Photo guide for hosts

Good photos are the biggest reason doctors send a request. Spaces with 3 or more clear photos rank higher in "Best match".

  1. Take 4 photos: the consulting cabin from the door, the examination couch or chair, the waiting area, and the entrance or building front (no signboards of other brands).
  2. Empty room only. No patients, no people's faces, no files, prescriptions, computer screens or notice boards with names.
  3. Daylight, lights on. Open curtains, switch on all lights, hold the phone at chest height and level. Landscape (sideways) works best.
  4. Tidy first. Clear the desk, straighten the couch sheet, move bins and bags out of the frame.
  5. Show what you listed. If you ticked AC, wash basin, examination table or USG, make sure at least one photo shows it.
  6. No edits or filters. Doctors will visit; photos should match the room. We reject photos that look edited or show a different place.

The app shrinks photos for you (up to 6 per space). Every photo is checked by our team before it shows.

Common questions

1. How do I log in? There's no password.

Share OPD uses email login. Enter your email on the login page and tap the link (or type the code) we send. The link works once and expires in 1 hour. Not in your inbox? Check Spam or Promotions, then mark it "Not spam".

2. Who can list a space?

A doctor, or a hospital or clinic admin or owner, with a cabin, room or OPD hours that sit unused. Anywhere in India. We check your registration before a listing goes live.

3. How much does listing cost?

Listing a space is free till 31 October 2026. Enquiring about a space is free, and doctors can post "I need space" free till 31 October 2026.

4. What rent terms are allowed?

Fixed monthly rent, an hourly rate, or a flat per-session fee, agreed openly between you and the other doctor. Share OPD never collects rent between doctors.

5. What photos should I upload?

Up to 6 photos of the empty room: cabin, waiting area, entrance. JPG, PNG or WebP, under 3 MB each. No patients, no people's faces, no files or screens. We check every photo before it shows.

6. Is my address shown publicly?

No. Public pages show only the area and PIN. The full address, your name and your number are shared only after both sides agree to connect.

7. My space has an ultrasound (USG) machine. What's needed?

The machine and place must have a valid PCPNDT registration, and we collect a copy of the certificate before publishing. A visiting doctor can scan only after being added by name to that registration and sharing their sonology qualification. We don't connect anyone for scanning until both checks are done.

8. How does matching work?

You send an enquiry for a space. We check both sides and ask the host. When both agree, we share contact details on WhatsApp so you can visit and settle terms directly.

9. Can I pause or edit my listing?

Yes. In My listings, tap Edit or Pause. Changes to area, PIN, address, rent or USG send the listing back for a quick re-check.

10. How do I delete my account?

Open Profile, scroll to Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. Your profile, listings and documents are removed. If you have paid, we keep the payment record for tax; message us and we'll close the rest.

11. How fast do hosts reply?

Hosts accept or decline requests in the app. If a host doesn't reply, the request closes and you can ask another space. Spaces show "Usually replies in …" once the host has answered a few requests.

12. What does "Checked host" mean?

Our team matched the host's registration (medical council, or clinic registration / GST / Shop Act) with the official record. It is not a guarantee about the space itself; visit before you agree.

13. Someone asked for commission, a percentage or patient referrals. What do I do?

Don't agree. Share OPD allows only fixed rent: monthly, hourly or a flat per-session fee. Tap Report this space on the listing, or use the form below. We review every report and can remove the listing or block the account.

14. How do refunds work?

Listing is free till 31 October 2026, so there is nothing to refund. For any payment question, message us with the payment reference.

15. Why can I send only 10 requests a day?

To stop spam and keep hosts' inboxes useful. Wait for replies, then send more the next day.

16. Which council should I pick?

The council that issued your registration: Maharashtra Medical Council for most MBBS and specialist doctors in Maharashtra, NMC's Indian Medical Register if you are registered centrally, or your dental, homoeopathy, Indian-medicine, OT/PT or RCI council. Type the registration number exactly as on your certificate.
