Shared Clinic Space Use Agreement

Leave and licence for part-time use of a consulting space. Made through Share OPD (listing ref ).

3. Fee (tick one only)

The fee is only for use of the space and listed facilities. It does not depend on the number of patients, consultations, procedures, prescriptions, tests or income of either party. Neither party will pay or receive any referral fee, commission, revenue share or other benefit for sending patients to the other, to a pharmacy, lab or any third party.

4. Professional practice

Each doctor practises independently under their own registration, keeps their own patient records, holds their own professional indemnity cover, and is solely responsible for their own patients. Patients are free to choose any doctor, pharmacy or laboratory. Patient information is never shared with Share OPD.

5. Scanning and procedures (only if applicable)

6. Use of the space

The Doctor will use the space only during the agreed hours, keep it clean, not alter it, and follow the Host's reasonable rules on safety, biomedical waste and conduct. This is a licence to use, not a tenancy; the Host keeps possession of the premises.

7. Ending the agreement

Either party may end this agreement with days' written notice (WhatsApp or email is fine). Either party may end it immediately for a serious breach, including any breach of clause 3 or 5.

8. General

Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if unresolved, courts at have jurisdiction. Stamp duty or registration, if required under Maharashtra law, is the responsibility of the parties.
